LeaderRate was shaped as a simple public-interest platform for FOSCO: a place where people can speak honestly under codenames, track visible updates, and keep office feedback grounded in real experience.
The project started from a practical gap: people often have concerns, suggestions, and praise about campus offices, but many do not have a safe and structured way to share them openly. LeaderRate was designed to make that process simpler, more respectful, and easier to follow over time.
The product is built as a web application using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Supabase. That approach keeps the interface fast, the deployment simple, and the data model flexible enough for profiles, feedback, updates, and review workflows.
LeaderRate was created by Theophilus Baffoe as a focused software project around anonymous participation, public accountability, structured feedback systems, and clearer institutional communication with the help of a Robert Ofori Larbi Acquaah helping with the build and the structuring of the project.
The project is managed by the LeaderRate team and collaborators who maintain the product direction, content standards, operational setup, and future improvements around the platform.
The goal is not noise. The goal is useful signal: clearer feedback, visible follow-through, and a healthier loop between people who raise issues and the offices expected to respond to them.
